Investment Deal & Royalty Structure

Initial Capital: The initial capital will be fully repaid within a maximum period of 12 months.

Monthly Royalty: Once the initial capital has been fully repaid, the investor will receive a 2% monthly royalty.

Lifetime Royalty: The 2% monthly royalty will continue for the lifetime of the agreement, subject to the agreed terms and conditions.
